WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept the following two main payment methods:
● PayPal
Counter Address primarily uses PayPal to process secure payments. Through PayPal, we accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover.

●Secure credit card payments
We also accept credit card payments via Visa and Mastercard.

IN WHICH CURRENCY WILL I BE CHARGED?
All our transactions are denominated in Swedish kronor. If your credit or debit card uses a different currency, your bank will apply the relevant exchange rate for the currency you select, depending on which website you are on.

DO YOU OFFER 3 OR 4 INSTALMENT PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept 3-instalment payment options.
You will be able to select this payment option at checkout.

HOW DO I CHANGE/MODIFY MY ORDER?
If you discover an error in your order after you have received an order confirmation via email, please contact us at our support centre.
Please note that we can help you change your order before dispatch.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, we cannot make any changes.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVEN'T RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION?
If you haven’t received a confirmation of your order, you may have entered the wrong email address when placing your order, or the email may be in your spam folder. You can log in to your account to view your orders. You can also contact us for more information about your order.
