Returns and refunds

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items to us. Please see below for full details of our return policy.

How to Make a Return

    Take clear photos of defective or damaged items. Please ensure all damages or issues are clearly visible so we can fully understand the situation.

  3. Please include the following information in your email:
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Your order number (so we can quickly locate your purchase details)
  • A detailed description of the issue (when you noticed the problem and exactly what is wrong)
  • Your preferred solution (e.g., return & refund, exchange, or replacement shipment)
  1. Receive our official return address 🏢
     
    Important: Our customer service will provide you with the correct return address after you contact us. Do NOT send your package back to the original shipping address, as this will delay processing.

    After sending your return, please share the tracking number with us. This allows us to monitor your package and resolve your case smoothly.

Cancellation Policy

We accept order cancellations before the item has shipped or been produced. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
 
Orders cannot be cancelled once the product has already shipped or entered production.

Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of purchase.
 
The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and free of additional damage.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact customer support to obtain the official return address.
 
Once you receive the address, securely package the item in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase inside the package.
 
Return shipping is free of charge under certain conditions.
 
If you wish to return an item and the reason is not due to our error, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
 
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
 
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time for the funds to show in your account.

Orders may be cancelled if requested before delivery and within the cancellation period stated on our website.
 
Return instructions: Please include your order number, return reason, and any other relevant details inside the package.
 
Once an order has shipped, we process return requests within 2–3 days.

Return Shipping Fees

If we sent you an incorrect or defective item due to our error:
 
Please return the unopened product in its original packaging and include a copy of your invoice. Once we receive your return, we will ship the correct item to you at no extra shipping cost.
 
If the return is due to the customer’s personal reason, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees, based on the courier service you choose.
 
If items arrive damaged or incorrect due to our mistake, you will not be responsible for any return shipping costs.
 
Due to high daily order volume, please allow up to 7 business days from the date we receive your returned item for our team to complete inspection and processing. We will send you an email confirmation once your return has been finalized.
